ER Series air compressors provide clean, high-quality, oil-free compressed air by injecting water into the compression process.
This is a water-injected technology that plays a dual role in sealing and cooling:
Sealing: The injected water reduces leakage between the rotors and housing. Compared to dry screw compressors, the ER Series can achieve up to 15% higher compression efficiency.
Cooling: The injected water mixes with the compressed air, lowering its temperature and distributing heat generated during the compression process. This method closely resembles isothermal compression.

The low viscosity of the injected water allows easy separation from compressed air. The resulting air reaches 100% relative humidity (RH) and can be easily dried with an air dryer.Reliable Sealing System:
The ER Series Air-ends are supported by precision-engineered roller bearings and oil-lubricated. The compression chamber and bearing chamber are separated by a buffer zone with both oil and water seals, preventing oil leakage into the compression chamber.Low Noise:
Compared to dry screw compressors, the water injection system allows the Air-ends to operate at a lower speed. Combined with the newly designed enclosure, the compressor runs exceptionally quietly.Environmental Protection:
